Retain Quran is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app at any time and for any reason. We are committed to never charging you for the app or its services. We also commit to never displaying any ads.
The Retain Quran app, stores and processes personal data that you release to us in order to provide our service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs and compromise your phone’s security features leading to potential issues with the Retain Quran App’s functionality.

Please be advised that by accessing the internet you expose yourself to a degree of risk that Retain Quran is not responsible for. Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection, accessing these functionalities should be done at the users discretion with the express knowledge of any risk therein. To access the full scope of services offered by the Retain Quran app, a Wi-Fi or mobile network provider connection is required. That being said, by accessing these functions you assume any subsequent risk..
Should you choose to use the app without an available Wi-Fi connection, please be advised that the terms of agreement with your mobile provider still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data usage for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. By using the app, you are consenting to any such charges. Roaming and data charges may be applicable if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e region or country) without disabling the roaming feature on your device. In addition, Retain Quran is not responsible for the way in which you choose to use the app – that is to say, if your battery becomes depleted resulting in an inability to power on your device to avail the Service, Retain Quran will not accept responsibility.
With respect to Retain Quran’s responsibility for your use of the app, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that the software is updated and optimised at all times, we do rely on third parties(Social Login only – Google/Facebook) to provide information to us so that use of the app is made available to you. Retain Quran accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality(Login) of the app.
At some point in the future, we may elect to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change. As a result you will be required to download the updates if you wish to continue using the app.
